How much does a new website cost?
There’s not one single answer to this question. Website design is quoted based on the needs of each individual project. Every website is unique and requires different components; we design and develop custom websites specifically for your small business. We’ll ask a lot of questions, assess your needs, and give you a quote based on that assessment. Most of our sites run in the $600 – $5,000 range, but can be more or less depending on needs.
Do you offer Hosting?

Yes. We do offer free 1 Year Hosting for all new Website Packages.

How is the cost of a new website determined?
Websites are quoted as a fixed bid project. The cost structure is based on the package selected, the complexity of functionality, the size of the website, and the need for marketing support such as search engine optimization, copy writing, and social media integration. Every project is unique and we try to make sure our pricing is based on your specific needs and not what we think the market will tolerate.
Do you offer customizations to existing themes?

Of course! We have WordPress coders who are experts at the DIVI from Elegant Themes and we love helping people with WordPress installation, theme configurations, customizations, and plugin support. Whether you bought one of the premium WordPress themes or a DIVI theme, we can help.

What payment options do you offer?
Paypal/ Transferwise/Direct Bank Transfers are accepted. All projects require a down payment of 50% to start.
How long will it take to get a new website?

On average, we shoot for a six to eight-week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop.

Do you accept every client?
Absolutely not. If the client is not a good fit, the opportunity is not quoted. Creating a new website is a big endeavor, so the website designer and their client need to have synergies for the project to launch successfully. The same is true for customizations of existing themes. If we don’t feel that we’re a good fit or that WordPress isn’t a good fit, we’ll quickly tell you so.

What kind of hosting do I need to support my WordPress website?

WordPress runs best on a Linux server with PHP 5 capabilities. Most hosting companies will easily support these requirements. If you have any concern on your hosting company’s support options, we are happy to investigate your existing hosting package and provide assistance with new hosting if needed. If shared hosting is enough for you, we’re big fans of Flywheel.

Do you only create WordPress websites?

Yes. WordPress is a great content management system that now powers more than 34% of the web. Its huge market share is due to it’s flexibility and ease of use. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you how to manage it and help you along the way..

Do I have to be local to work with you?

Nope! We work with clients all over the world. Our whole team works remotely, allowing us to find the absolute best team for our business.

Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?

Yes! We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own. We’ll provide you with a set of comprehensive video tutorials to help you learn your way around, as well as provide you with a training session to help get you on your way. (Note: We love to answer your questions!)

Will you maintain my site for me?

We can! We provide on-going support for many of our clients. Check out our WordPress Support Packages.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Absolutely! Having a mobile-friendly website is more important than ever! We work hard to ensure your website looks great on a variety of devices.

When do I pay?

We offer a variety of payment options, varying from a one-time, up-front payment to six monthly payments. We understand that this is a big investment and want to help you budget for the expense in whatever way possible.

We accept Direct Bank Transfers, Transferwise, PayPal, and all major credit cards.

How much input do I have in the process?

A lot! Your input and feedback are crucial to this process. We’ll start with a lot of questions about your needs, your likes, your wants and work with you to develop just the right look and functionality.

Where should my website be hosted?

Hosting is super important! When it comes to hosting, you get what you pay for. We have partnered with the right host at the right price. Check it out.

I’m on a strict budget. Do you have any low cost options?

A custom website can be a big investment and not all small businesses have the budget for you. We offer a budget package which will help get you online with a nice looking website fast. Learn more about our budget package.

What if I need help on my site down the road?
We are only an Email away! We’re here to help you as much or as little as you need, and we won’t disappear once the site is launched. We’ve been doing this for 4 years, so we aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.
I’m not sure if anyone can build the quality of website I need. How do I know if you’re a fit?

Take a moment and review our website portfolio. We do not have a specific design style, so you need to provide us with a clear direction of what you are looking for.

Can I update my website after launch?
The beauty of WordPress is the ease of use it provides. Each all inclusive website design project will include one hour of WordPress training, so most clients are more than capable of updating and adding website pages as needed. Since some clients do not want to maintain their own websites, Bali Info Services offers ongoing maintenance. If you want training and you didn’t purchase an all inclusive package, we’re happy to provide training at our standard hourly rate.
We don’t have a lot of high quality images so what do you suggest?

There are a number of websites that offer affordable stock images for use in website design projects. Most images cost less than twnety dollars per high-resolution image. We typically recommend Pexels.com or unsplash.com as they are free for Commercial Use. There are also some paid ones ex iStockPhoto.com and BigStockPhoto.com. If you like one of our photos or our clients’ photos, it is safe to assume it was purchased at one of these websites.

Are your websites search engine friendly?

All of our websites are designed around Google’s guidelines for organic SEO. In addition to having a search engine friendly website, we will create a sitemap.xml file and submit it to Google and Bing upon launch if you’ve purchased an all inclusive package. We will also create a 301 redirect file to help the search engines and visitors find the new pages based on the older pages that are already indexed.

Are references available?
Absolutely. There are sample testimonials on our website for review. References can be provided prior to signing contracts. As a courtesy to existing clients and to limit unnecessary phone calls, references are not provided until we are the chosen website designer.
Where can I obtain WordPress training?
We will provide one hour of free training with each all inclusive web design project. Additional hours are available at an hourly rate. In addition, the WordPress community is vast and there are a wide range of books, online tutorials, and classes available to help new users learn WordPress.
How often do you raise your rates?
We try not to raise our Rates but since every new website is different and so our rates. They usually depend on the Website Requirements and we are usually affordable than the rest of the other agencies around. Please feel free to talk to us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your cancellation policy for hosting?
Please let us know 1 Week before for any Cancellations so that we can take a backup and send you a Zipped Copy to you. If you wish us to move the site to a new Hosting, that's OK too. We will be happy to do it at an additional cost
Do you offer a warranty?
Nope. We do not offer Warranty.

What happens when you get hit by a bus?

We hand over all the Hosting details or move the site to your Server once the final Balance has been paid.So rest Assured, In the unfortunate situation, if i do get hit by a bus, you do not need to worry.

How do I retrieve my backups?

We can send the backups to you or you can download it from FTP provided you have access.

Do you cover the domain cost?

Nope. We do not cover the Domain cost.

Do you cover the Hosting cost?

Yes. We do offer Free 1 Year Hosting only for new Website Projects.

Do I keep the domain in my control?

Yes. It is always better to have domain under your control for obvious reasons.

Is regular updates included in your hosting?

Yes. We do offer regular updates for plugins & themes free of cost.

Can I get my money back?
Unfortunately NO. The Amount is not refundable at any cost if the design work has been started and you terminate the contract through no fault of ours.
What is your Design Process exactly?

As soon as we recieve an Order Request either by Email, Phone, or Social Media, we start with free 15 minute Consultation to understand the Project Requirements. We will then send you a Proposal and an Invoice. As soon as the 50% deposit is paid, we will start with a Project Brief or a Project Kick-Off Meeting where we exchange assets, information and Objectives. Following this, Our Designers will begin the development phase, generation iterations of your preferred designs and inspirations. Depending on the duration of the development phase, you will usually recieve the first designs within 7 working days ( 3 day express options available). Client feedback guides the next round of edits, ensuring edits are implemented and executed in each new version. We continue to edit, iterate and fine tune until your design corresponds exactly to your website. When you aer completely satisfied with the develped design, our team will deliver all graphics in your preferred format.

I do not have relevant Company Info ( ex Phone Number, tax code etc) Can i Still Order?

Yes. You are welcome to place an order with us. Any missing information can be submitted once available. We will send you templates to fill all the information at any given time usually within 2 weeks of placing the deposit.

How do i communicate my Design Wishes?

You will have the opportunity to bring forward all your design ideas during the KickOff  Meeting. You can describe your wishes or inspirations as clearly as you can. You can also fill up the Content templates provided to you and upload your own files ( ex your drawigs, logo designs, assets etc). Alternatively, you can always send us an e-mail or contact us by phone.

What Payment Options do you offer?
